* base rate 1-2 people € 165 per night (rate is exclusive 6% VAT and 5% toerist tax and will change per season/event/holiday)
* rate for extra person € 40 per night
* Children (12 years old or less, but over 3) € 20 per night.

Neighbourhood and location
The Amsterdam Jordaan is undoubtedly the most sung about, described and romanched town district of the Netherlands. Started as a district for the poor, today it is a favorite place for students, artists and young proffesionals.
The house is close to the city's important sights, such as the Dam Square, Anne Frank House, red light District, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam Hermitage; all within walking distance! Some of Amsterdam's most popular restaurants are also within this range.

On the groud floor you will find a beautifull design kitchen with dining area. Next to a complete set of luxurious kitchenware, the kitchen contains a hob stove with 4 gas cookers, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs. There is a seperate toilet.

Floor 2:
Living room
The living room on the second floor will be reached by a staircase. It has a beautifull cough, large flatscreen TV and DVD.
Windows, plants, and works of art create a lovely ambiance.

First bedroom
The first bed room has two single beds (90X200cm) that can be connected to a king-size bed flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space.

This beautiful master bedroom in the loft has two single beds (90X200cm) that can be connected to a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps and plenty of storage space.

Ensuite bath room
This ensuite bath room on the loft floor is large and beautiful. It has a bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet.
